What you’ll need:
1 ½ cups frozen banana
3 ½ cups frozen strawberries
½ cup of orange juice
Chia Seed (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend for 3-5 minutes or until everything is blended well together.
3. If you don’t have frozen strawberries and banana, you can add 2 cups of ice.
4. Pour into a cup.
5. Sprinkle some chia seed on your smoothie and enjoy.
