Spinach & Banana Smoothie

What you’ll need:
5 cups of spinach
1/3 cups of peanut butter
1/3 cups of Kefir (any flavor)
1 cup frozen banana
Flaxseed/chia seed (optional)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend for 1-3 minutes.
3. Pour into a cup.
4. Sprinkle with flaxseed or chia seed.
